In order to arrange your booking and to ensure that travel arrangements run smoothly and totally in accordance with your requirements, we need to use the information you provide to OTS and pass this on to your tour operator or other supplier. This information may include your name, address, age and any special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements etc.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.

You should be aware that where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection within your destination might not be as strict as the legal requirements in this country.

Where you provide us with sensitive information such as details of any disabilities or dietary/religious requirements, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant tour operator/supplier etc. If we cannot pass this information on to these persons, it will not be possible to go ahead with the booking.

Once such information is passed on to the supplier of your travel arrangements (viz a tour operator) the use of the information will be subject to their own data protection policy. You may find copies of this policy within their brochure, it may be set out on your confirmation documentation, or you may request it from us.

Oxonian Travel Services Ltd will only use the information you provide in order to ensure that your booking is processed correctly. Moreover, we may hold your information and use it to inform you of offers in the future. Additionally, we may also provide your details to selected third parties for similar purposes.

You will have access to all your personal data held by OTS by applying to our head office in Wantage...see home page for address. If you do not wish your data to be used for any future marketing purposes, then please inform Oxonian Travel Services Ltd that this is the case.
