Online Booking - Coming Soon

We are delighted to be able to offer ONLINE BOOKING AND BILLING for our corporate clients. The OTS system obviates any need for you to buy via your own credit card and then re-claim through those usual channels operated by your firm or organisation.

As a consequence it is now possible to put together your own personal itinerary embracing air travel, hotel accommodation, transfers, car hire plus miscellaneous items (side trip by rail for example) . all under the same transaction reference. Such a booking may be registered in its entirety at the outset or simply in a piecemeal sense by adding a particular additional requirement as the situation develops and the travel date approaches.

Registering

To use this facility you need to be an existing customer with account facilities. If you are an exsitng customer with an accout with us You may Register Here. (opens in a new window) You will be required to enter a past booking number and travel date along with your surname and desired username. A confirmation and password will be emailed to you which you can then logon with via our Client Login Page and change this to a password of your choice. If you do not have a personal email address on record with us please call us and we can setup your account over the telephone.

All approved account users will have been allocated their own unique username and password which should be in your possession. If you wish to change that password then you can do so via our client login page where, once logged in you can change your password.

If you are a new customer whose organisation already has an account with us you can apply for a username and password here. This process usually takes a few hours and you will be advised when the account is setup as soon as your account details are verified.

Our new feature will automatically pass your booking onto our main booking management system where we will be able to assign your booking to your account, invoice your company and issue your travel documents.
